As a specialist, tailor-made operator, we do not offer a shopping cart.  All our holidays and experiences are hand-crafted to suit your requirements.

Please try to include as much information as possible, such as:

• Date of arrival and length of stay
• Location of accommodation, e.g. London and number of nights
• Standard of accommodation
• Sporting experience
• Transfers and transportation requests
• Any additional request 

We will respond to you by the end of the next working day to acknowledge your request and obtain any further information.

Payment

We will then provide a quote and when all arrangements have been finalised  we will invoice you directly via Paypal or through your Travel Agent.  Paypal is a world renowned, secure payments system giving protection against fraud for customers and businesses alike.

Please note that if your travel arrangements require specific tickets, we will build your itinerary around the purchase of these tickets.  We will, therefore, require full payment of any tickets to guarantee availability but will advise you of full details when responding to your initial booking request.
